As a former prosecutor, I can tell you that how a target responds to allegations is something we watch closely.

Does @realDonaldTrump deny the Buzzfeed story alleging he told Cohen to lie to Congress (a felony)? No.

Instead, he threatens Cohen (which could also be a felony).

need to refer the matter to DOJ for investigation into witness tampering. Given the previous letter sent to Trump, I expect it by Monday. I assume they already planned for this when they sent the letter.

https://www.rawstory.com/2019/01/witness-intimidation-internet-gasps-trump-threatens-michael-cohens-father-law-angry-tweet/

President Donald Trump on Friday issued a new threat against the father-in-law of his former “fixer” over Twitter.

Reacting to reports that former personal attorney Michael Cohen has told investigators that Trump instructed him to lie to Congress about the Trump Tower Moscow project, the president angrily wrote that Cohen was “lying to reduce his jail time!”

Even more ominously, the president added that people should “watch [Cohen’s] father-in-law,” whom the president has in the past insinuated could be prosecuted for assorted crimes.

@realDonaldTrump
Kevin Corke, @FoxNews “Don’t forget, Michael Cohen has already been convicted of perjury and fraud, and as recently as this week, the Wall Street Journal has suggested that he may have stolen tens of thousands of dollars....” Lying to reduce his jail time! Watch father-in-law!

Trump’s threat against Cohen’s father-in-law drew immediate gasps across the internet — with some reporters calling it a textbook example of witness intimidation.

And guess what MAGAts? When it comes our turn in power, you can all go fuck yourselves for the rest of your lives. Whatever unconstitutional acts any democrat ever does in the future, is A-Okay with me. I've had it!

9. I have to disagree with you there, friend. Without the Constitution we're done as a country

Upholding our Constitution, the rule of law, integrity and ideals is what makes our country great.

It's like Michelle Obama said, we don't need to be made great "again". We are great. We just need to keep what we have, which is in jeopardy.

Encouraging "unconstitutional acts" is more fitting for a Russian bot or a Russian hacker. Russian interference comes in the form of promoting actions that destabilize a functioning representational democracy.

Compared to how HRC acted after being accused of stuff she did not do, it seems obvious. Just sayin'.

Ted Lieu, Kamala Harris, Lindsey Graham, come to mind and I'm sure there are others. These former DA's and federal prosecutors are probably the best group to hear the evidence that would be presented in an impeachment trial, if there should be one. I can't understand why it's taking so long to get to that point, but I do believe Mr. Mueller knows what he's doing. No decisions can be made before Mueller's report is completed.
