I'll take Nance's take and Marcy Wheeler's on the topic: SCO doesn't leak. SDNY does. Hassler Jan 2019 #3

Especially with a story this big and stakes this high.

If you think a story has problems (especially one of this magnitude) don't run it.

A good lawyer or paralegal may grimace and groan over a misplaced semicolon.

See, e.g., various court documents filed by Mueller in which Trump is referred to as "Individual-1" even though the identity is revealed by indirect reference (candidate later elected, etc.) within the same documents.

Malcolm Nance is used to parsing statements even finer than typical lawyers, so if he's not concerned, neither am I.

If the whole story is wrong, why not say the whole story is wrong, instead of saying “description of specific statements?”
And they want it known that THEY don't leak.

Many thanks to Malcolm Nance and Peter Carr for shining a light on the reality of Mr. Mueller's investigation. What is that reality? I guess I'll have to wait for Mueller to tell US.
