I couldn't laugh after I read the lupus part. Lupus is serious - damn!
How would an eclipse affect lupus?

And Flannery O'Connor wrote to a friend, "The wolf, I`m afraid, is inside tearing up the place." just a month before she died of lupus in the 1960s.

I identify with that image, as it feels like you're being devoured from within during a flare up.

I kid people and tell them it means I have a predilection for all things wolfen.

I'll let you know if I turn into a wolf tomorrow night.

I combat all the nastiness inside my body by consuming quantities of cannabis daily, and plaquenil, steroids, and low dose oral chemo meds weekly.

I'm more fit now (44) than I was at 28.

That was 8 years ago.

I know it sounds like a country music song, but since then I've lived my absolute best life.

I'm not going anywhere anytime. I'll be tracking storms with you for years to come... until the rising oceans causes me to flee Florida for Colorado.

Had torrential rain and cold this morning, then clear and sunny and warm, and expecting freezing rain, snow and about 20F / -6C by tomorrow night. Might not see any moon except online.
