Trump Tells Pelosi He'll Give State of the Union

President Trump told Speaker Nancy Pelosi in a letter that he will deliver State of the Union before Congress next week, despite her request for a delay during shutdown, the Washington Post reports.

“It was unclear how Trump would address lawmakers Jan. 29, as the House and Senate must pass a concurrent resolution for a joint session of Congress to hear the president.”

is the worst thing anyone can do to him. And it speaks volumes that THIS is the only facet of the shutdown that bothers him.

She did this during a Democratic conference to not only take attention away from the Democratic convention, but to highlight the difference between her "wholesome" Stepford Wives crusade and the NOW & LGBT movement at the convention.

Someone should step on Trump's parade, giving them something better to watch.

Maybe Nancy can call for the House to be in session that night and block Trump from being able to speak.

If the House is in session and the chamber is being used for business of the House - wouldn't that effectively block Trump out?
