But stalling will be the tactic of the hour for this crowd.
Every call to testify, every request for documents, and every question asked in Committee will be stonewalled. The courts will be busy.

It was his desire to do this in the first place. If it is postponed will he be able to testify if he is IN jail? The courts will take forever to go through the whole subpoena process and the delays will be long. Will we ever hear his testimony?
