(23,203 posts)Yeah, it would be no skin off his already well protected nose, but it is tearing apart the lives of Federal workers, especially those on the lower end of the food chain who don't make enough $$ for savings and who have no reserves. He's part of a terroristic administration fucking over federal workers to help drumpf personally (stop all the investigations into him, his family and his businesses other than Muellers'), destroy the FBI so they can't continue investigating his and his cohorts treason, and punish America for installing a Dem House to counter him. Plus, there's the undeniable benefit to drumpf of doing as PUtin demands and building the wall with Deripaska steel. That the sanctions were removed by the Senate ensure the shutdown doesn't stop until the steel slats are approved, or PUtin might start leaking all the incriminating tapes against drumpf and McTurtle.
