Lindsey Graham renews probe into Hillary's emails; Democrats burst out laughing

New Judiciary Committee chair is eager for yet another go at Hillary and the FBI; Dems suggest Michael Cohen

South Carolina Republican Lindsey Graham, the new chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, plans to launch new investigations into the FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server.

Graham, who backed President Trump’s demands for investigations into several Obama-era scandals last year, now plans to probe the FBI’s handling of the Clinton investigation and its Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant application that targeted form Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, The Hill reports.

Graham previously told reporters this month that he would do a “deep dive on the FISA issue.” Conservatives have repeatedly insisted that the Justice Department violated Page’s rights by collecting his electronic communications. The FBI has said it was investigating Page because they believed he was conspiring with the Russian attack on the 2016 election.

Graham also told Fox News lat month that he thought the FBI “phoned in” the Clinton probe because the agency was “in the tank” for her campaign.

“There’s a certain unevenness here about how you investigate campaigns,” Graham said, claiming there was a double standard between how the FBI handled the Clinton investigation and its approach to the Trump campaign.

Democrats responded to the news by mocking the new Judiciary chairman.

I hate Lindsey..But he is not this stupid. Another investigation or even talk of one now, goes beyond "absurd."
...Even Lindsey is not this ........."stupid"...ignorant..ridiculous...etc..

Trump suggested to Lindsey that an "investigation into Hillary's emails would be a great distraction from the current mess that Mr. Trump is in."......Even Lindsey is not this stupid...but one person is..............

....................Mr Trump is this stupid....Yes, stupid is, what stupid is.....and Mr. Trump is this stupid..!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never click on a link to Salon again. I don't have cable/internet so I use my phone's hotspot (with 15gb of data) while on my laptop. Clicking that link just used a significant amount of my data and produced 10 page loads in my Firefox browser (as indicated by the BACK button) and loaded about 70 ads. I stopped going to Huffpo for the same reason years ago and never have been back.

Goodbye, Salon.com.

When I click on that website my Ipad basically seizes from all the ads that get loaded and I then have to clear all the website data on my Ipad and start over.

Salon is the same.

It doesn't make much sense to me that some websites download so many ads that your device slows down to the point that the story is unreadable. For this reason I generally don't click on provided links unless I know they are functional websites, and instead google for the articles I'm interested in reading to find a better website to read them on.

steals the work of others and simply embellishes them to make it look legitimate. I don't go to Raw Story, either.

No, it doesn't make sense that they do this shit because I'm sure we're not the only people who get annoyed before the page is even completely loaded and bail out before they eat up all of our data or bog our browsers down until they seize up from the load being placed on them by these websites.

I won't be clicking on any links to these sources.

It got much better when flipped my tablet to vertical, but ads still kept moving around while was reading.
There was a big red banner at top of page offering an ad free version.
I don't read Salon often enough to pay for it
