But not until the government is opened and payments to federal workers are caught up.

I realize money comes out of all sorts of different pots. For example, Congress is funded. And that's fine as far as it goes. But money going abroad? I think that can wait until employees resume getting paid and catching up on all of their back pay.

OMG what fucking assholes. Make Americans sick, lose their homes, work with no pay, but give Venezuelans $20 million? No way! Besides, it's just a ploy to steal their oil anyway.

is to get rid of Maduro and install a U.S. puppet government that will allow U.S. oil companies to move in and take over the world's largest deposits of crude oil. See: Iraq.
