Deliver a bill with 70 votes in the Senate, and wrangle House Repubs to put up 325 there.
Put a bill on Trump's desk with a veto proof majority up front, no doubts. Sign it or don't Donnie, but it's gonna be law.
If McConnell does that, he may salvage 2020, though I doubt it. Right now, it looks like the Senate will flip in '20, and I really don't see the Repubs regaining the House. If this had gone on, they were looking at losing 8 or 10 seats IMO. Now, it's still gonna be 5-6 flipping.
