I deeply Apologize for my choice of words.............

In regards to a thread regarding the US Supreme Court and possible action on ending Roe. v. Wade and the firestorm it caused. I deleted my comment and thus am sorry to all who were offended by it..

AS a Mother of an Adult daughter and Grandmother of 3 Granddaughters, I remain steadfast in fighting for Roe v. Wade however I can because abortion is a personal matter.

My comments were not directed to any of you here on DU. I will be staying away for a while as to not ruffle feathers that I have already done.

I understand that to many women (myself included) this is a very emotional issue.

It enrages me that we're still having to fight this over and over just to hold our ground on what should be our simple right to do what is best for our bodies.

Stick around!

Just kidding!

In my experience, DU is full of nice people. You shouldn't stay away, because then you might miss out on all the fun we will have making fun of JR when he gets indicted.

This is a place of discussion where it will get hot from time to time. This is an emotional topic to many. Your apology should be more than enough. Take time away if you need to. However, please don't let your voice be silenced because of a mistake.

Things get very heated on DU and an apology is sincerely accepted here. You’ll see.

Wait until the primaries really get started if you want to see some serious blood in DU!

Now that the time I will take time off! I’ve taken breaks during Democratic primaries for a few cycles. It gets downright scary here!

is the abortion issue a red herring? Women voters are the majority so is it too far fetched to think that the repug's long range plan has been to keep women distracted with abortion issues while they pursue their agenda to make the US an oligarchy?

We've all said (typed) something we regretted later. Don't let it get you down.
We profit from our mistakes. Will be looking for more posts from you in the
