Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsIf there is no collusion or conspiracy proven, does that clear Trump and end the investigation?
Do we forget obstruction of justice, possible perjury, and the violations of the emoluments clause ?
Are the emoluments violations, alone, enough for impeachment?
I think this is the question that may be handed off to the US Congress and the new Democratic majority?
If Mueller cannot prove conspiracy, where does the Congress go from there?
