Why are Republicans so slow in appointing members to the House Intelligence Committee?

It's understandable that they might feel embarrassed by Devin Nunes and the last bunch of traitors that Paul Ryan appointed?

Are they having difficulty finding someone to place on the Committee?

Or are they just trying to slow down the investigation?
