It's understandable that they might feel embarrassed by Devin Nunes and the last bunch of traitors that Paul Ryan appointed?
Are they having difficulty finding someone to place on the Committee?
Or are they just trying to slow down the investigation?

I believe it is a combination of both because Republicans are afraid of the truth of the Trump Campaign and Administration.
