With the knowledge that he knows Whitaker would inform Trump of everything he receives ?
Simply reading the last indictment, it seemed there should have been more charges? Who was the "senior official" that was "directed" to contact Roger Stone, for example?
From this vantage point, it looks like they are all guilty of obstruction of justice.
Whitaker is scheduled to appear before the House Judiciary Committee on February 8th.
Will he find a way to miss it?

Which is why Whitaker looked so scared when he lied for Trump the other day.

This permits him to withhold some information for a short time.
