During his SOTU speech, either Trump will pull the trigger on declaring an emergency, OR he will do it during Stacey Abrams rebuttal speech.

Because he*s always got a snoot full of something for these events, and he always sniffs away like a freaking coke or adderall addict. I mean, something is up. And anyone pretending not to notice is telling themselves a big, fat, stinking republican lie. He's a Super Sucky Sniffer. Deal with it.
