This includes saying that "well only if _insert Republican here_ resigns....

Yeah, a whole lot of Republicans have no place in public office, but that doesn't change anything.

It doesn't make it right.

If you're a part of a minority group whose history in our country is filled with hatred, ranging from public and institutional policy, to physical violence and harm... to "lesser" things like racist pictures.... well, putting qualification on demands for resigning diminishes the point of why he should resign.
