I assure you if she finishes first or second in IA she is well on her way to being the nominee.

The real polls are when people start voting.

Takes my mind off Northam. I really dislike that guy. And I like almost everybody with a D after his or her name.

If he was sincere he would resign, go on his healing tour, and if he wants he can run for public office again to see if he was persuasive. He would also stop with his cockamamie excuses.

it and it not being fair. Think it might make a huge difference since Biden's been around for so long.

Yikes, surprises in this poll.

Like Biden, O'Rourke, Booker, Brown, and Castro. Does that make me a center left?
I like to think of myself as a "Want to win" Dem.

and it may not work out for the better.

The superdelegates will not be allowed to vote on the first ballot, but will be allowed to do so on all subsequent ballots. We stand a great chance of going to the convention in about a year and a half with nobody having enough votes for a first ballot victory, then the supers get to weigh in.

I guarantee you, the side (moderate vs. ultra-progressive) who loses will talk for at least a little while about how the nomination was "stolen" by the superdelegates. Hopefully, we will get past it by Election Day.

That's bigger than most polls I've ever seen. And there is such a thing as peaking too early. Ask Howard Dean about that one.

Let's get out the yearbooks to make sure there is nothing bad! Both successful businessman and member of Congress. The union references are awesome. And on the issues, very good.

It's still pretty early, give her some time to come out and talk to people. I believe she'll do better than this for the primary. The fact that people already know her name this early is very good.

FYI I'm sort of rooting for Kamala but I still haven't decided yet which candidate I'm voting for in the primary. I'm committed to voting for the Democratic candidate who wins our party's nomination - no matter who wins - in the general election.

I don't know any Beto Bros yet. I like Beto, but unless he announces soon, I expect him to fade fast, though he might be a strong VEEP selection, even if he doesn't run.

To me, it seems like he's leaning to NOT running. Though, of course, I know you were being a bit sarcastic.
