"Well, I'm not starving if that's what you mean." . . . Please come CAPTION Howard Schultz!!!

Howard ("I even sometimes pump the gas for my own limo" ) Schultz just finished saying: "No, I don't think people of means, what you call 'billionaires,' have undue influence in politics. After all, whatever little money I have represents the people since they are the ones who gave it to me. . . . Try to start thinking outside the box sometime."

Above CAPTION loosely based on the snippet of an interview linked at Crooks and Liars:

I mean they think that instead of a trillion dollar deficit run up Greece style so rich people like me can not give a shit about poor people, they think that maybe they could tax rich people and corporations again and pay for things poor and average people need like health care, schools, roads, clean water, and bridges. It's the dumbest idea this country has had since medicare and social security. Two plans which are crippling this nation. Find another nation that has programs like these. You can't after the top 40 or 50 nations on this Earth. After those, you can't find them ... I think. It really doesn't matter. What matters is sound bedrock political principles like Herbert Hoover had. Good solid ideas that brought this nation to a new era. A really prosperous era. A lot of people don't read history books these days. They don't know how smart old Hoover was. I see myself as a modern day Ross Perot. You know, I'm the the kind of guy stupid people that think they're really smart, say the Dennis Miller type, think is a genius because I say stupid stuff to power so these Dennis Miller types vote for me because it feels like they're out smarting the system instead of throwing their vote away on a joke candidate that has terrible ideas that have failed bigly before. I'm also really rich. Did I mention that. I'm like my shit ass coffee company. It's shit ass but it puts a name on your cup so it feels like it cares about you. Only your name's spelled wrong, the coffee is shit, and I charged you up the ass for it. That's the future I see for America.
