Broken News: Trump to Resign During SOTU!

According to one Democratic pundit with knowledge of the matter, President Donald J. Trump will resign during his State of the Union Speech tonight. "Why wouldn't he?" the knowledgeable pundit, who requested anonymity, said in a Tweet to that effect. Although unconfirmed, that statement led to millions of retweets and likes. It also generated a record number of Twitter hashtags, including #ByeNowTrump, #AboutDamnedTimeDonald, and #TrumpDumpsSelf.
White House Spokesbody, Sarah Huckleberry Sanders, countered this resignation prediction with, "I have no information on that matter. You'll have to ask the President."
