Godplan 4 or Godplan 6? the deductibles and the copays are a bit different. With Godplan 6 and a slightly larger premium you get to throw away your crutches and give the docs the finger about your ALS. With Godplan 4 you only get your eyesight back, but you have to do rehab at cost for 18 weeks.
