How long into the SOTU address before Trump veers off script?

He cannot stay focused on anything for very long, and he cannot even pretend to be normal. SO hw long before "nice Donald" reverts to type and becomes Putin's attack dog?

He's gonna be so high on adderall anyway, he'll sniffle his way through until he has an aneurysm or something.
