(2,343 posts)I loved him when he was on the tv show Community. Never listened to his music. My son showed me the video and it was shocking, but amazing. Sometimes we need a shot in the behind to wake us up. My teenager gets the message and i hope he and his generation continue pushing for change throughout their lives. I see it as their country now, too, soon to be handed over completely. They will make it their own, and hopefully they will make it better for all of us.

(15,981 posts)I saw this performance on SNL. I had to go see his video afterwards to see the visuals he used. I was kinda in shock and awe.
I was really glad the record industry recognize the importance of the message and rewarded him for it. Very good job.
