Kamala Harris Says She Has Smoked Pot, and She 'Did Inhale'

From the article:

“I have,” she said, after host Charlamagne Tha God asked if she had ever smoked. “And I did inhale,” she added, joking about former President Bill Clinton’s famous line in 1992 that he smoked marijuana in college but “didn’t inhale.”

candidates asked since he did not downplay it as if it was an uncommon thing. Edwards and Dean said yes and that night was a turning point, IMO. It was no big deal. Finally.

gets high the very first time, or if so, it's definitely not the full effect. Dunno why, but it's definitely true.
