How you actually win elections and change the country

The Harris County Clerk (Houston is in Harris County) submitted an application to the TX Secretary of State for countywide vote centers. Countywide vote centers would allow any Harris County voter to vote at any Harris County poll on election day. This means that if you go to the wrong polling place, you....just....vote....and it's counted.

A friend of mine in the County Clerk's office is working on this project.
