Paul Manafort went there, accompanied by Rick Gates, to meet a Russian friend, Konstantin Kilimnik, who was a very close associate of Vladimir Putin.

And when they left the cigar club, they left thru separate exits?

This is believed by many to be the heart of the Russian collusion investigation.
