Two more lawyers may have lied for Trump.

This has been a great mystery for me. How does Trump get so many people to lie for him risking their freedom? I don't get it.

Two of Trumps lawyers may have lied about the hush money payments. Lying to the FBI, congress or any government agency is punishable up to five years in prison. How many people who work for Trump have lied? It has to be in the dozens.

Trump asks people to lie for him and they do it. Fucking strange.

2. I think he attracts people whose ethics are, shall we say, flexible, in the first place.

It's obvious to everybody that Trump is as crooked and sleazy as they come, so why would an honest, ethical person ever want to work for him? If you don't care about honesty and ethics, though, the power and money associated with him could entice you to do whatever he asks, and once you've done one bad thing for him it gets easier and easier to keep doing it - until before you know it you're up to your neck in his shit.

And not very smart. They thought this (fake) billionaire would give them business for years. I worked for a law firm for over 20 years, and you'd be surprised how quick a lot of them would sell their soul for quick money

I am curious about the exact lies told and the context/circumstances... for instance, did they generate new lies, or did they credulously/cravenly/cynically accept Trump lies and run with them?

6. He gets dirt on them. Or they owe money to him.

It is easy to make people do your bidding if you have enough dirt or embarrassing info on them. That is how Putin keeps tRump under his thumb. And so it goes.

When all of this sordid tale is told, we will be glued to our chairs and the tv watching every detail. It probably goes way, way back. But Putin is a patient man. He put the pieces in place and was biding his time. If tRump had been a different kind of mobster, Putin might have pulled it off. But he isn’t so here we are. Hang on to your hats. This will be a doozy of a ride.

It is a mandatory requirement that if you want to breathe DFT's air, you must be an extreme liar.

really happened or tell them the truth on anything. This was in an article in DU land some time ago. I think when Dodd was rump's attorney and there were a series of articles on DU then about the attorneys and the issues that they were dealing w/.

Look at the number of falsehoods and lies propagated by rump so far. Lies to everyone, including I suspect even family and 'friends'. He's simply an user who uses people up, and then when done, spits them out.

Trump's lawyers must realize that he lies to them all the time. Why would you want to represent someone who never tells the truth?

constant lying etc.

Does he even know when to tell the truth? I imagine those poor folks in NYC etc. that got ripped off could tell all of us (and they tried to tell us) stories about his various rip off scams that he's pulled on contractors and workers.

It is what they do. The honest types wouldn't work for someone like Trump to start with, or any of the circles he would touch.
