My theory of Trump's sing song chant about his National Emergency

is that he did it so his base will keep getting his back about his promise to build a wall while getting off his back to build it. They will blame the Justice System for not letting him keep his promise to build the wall. Thus he can relax and go golfing in peace.

What he’s telling them, and us, is that he’s done his duty in keeping his promise, but that now everything else about his promise will have to go through the tortuous journey of our Justice System for years and years. Ergo, he’s off the hook. It is no longer his fault when the wall doesn’t get built.

His base will just add another thing to the pile of crap he wants them to hate. The unfairness of Lawsuits which are hamstringing him and persecuting him legally.

He’s as slippery as a panicked can of spilled worms.

Never takes any blame or responsibility.

Perfect distraction and subject for campaign rallies. The Corrupt Justice System! The Obama judges!! The left leaning FBI!!! It's perfect.

he’s decided to win by “losing” to the Justice System.

In the end the Supreme Court ruling in his favor or against him won’t matter because he’ll be long gone and he won’t need his base any longer. They’ll go the way of all the other suckers who believed him.

should he still be in office and running for a second term.

It will be whine, whine, whine and rant and rail against all the people who are being very very unfair to himself and "the American people" aka the base.

He's a promoter, a self promoter, and it's all he's interested in doing.

They still think we were on the verge of “winning” in Vietnam when we were “betrayed” by the media.

Of course now we know that Nixon struck a deal to prolong it during the ‘68 election.

And there are always reliable suckers to fall for it. And many lost lives littering the road of unnecessary wars.

I’m surprised Trump has gone this long without going to war. Remember Grenada?
