What started as a toddler’s happy day dissolved into chaos as a local socialite confronted 1-year-old’s parents during her birthday photo shoot. Kelyn and Isaiah Allen of Texas were taking photos of their daughter Anja to celebrate her first birthday. They had laid out a blanket and set up balloons on a scenic sidewalk in Houston for a heartwarming photo shoot when a woman confronted them.

The woman, later identified as Franci Neely, was apparently upset that they had set up their props in the middle of the sidewalk. Isaiah recorded the incident, during which Neely appears to strike his camera twice. Neely was also caught on camera moving the child’s blanket from the sidewalk before heading back to her Jaguar convertible parked on the street.

Neely is a well-known socialite and the ex-wife of the owner of the Houston Astros Baseball team. When they divorced in 2015, she reportedly got $30 million.

The local homeowners association has tried to restrict photographers, but the City of Houston says the sidewalk is considered public property.

The Houston socialite has apologized (??), saying in a statement:
“I am very sorry that I got upset on late Saturday afternoon. […] It's hard to remain composed when confronted by shouted threats of lawsuits and false, inflammatory accusations.”
