Update: Mueller Report NOT coming out next week

Justice Dept. official: Mueller report not expected next week

Washington (CNN)Special counsel Robert Mueller is not expected to deliver his report on the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election next week, a Justice Department official briefed on the plans told CNN.

The official declined to comment on why the report may not be ready next week, saying the timing has always been a moving target.

Anybody who thought it was, hasn't been paying attention to what hasn't happened yet, like the release of the grand jury, which has been extended for another six months, or the disposition of the Roger Stone case, including the review of the terabytes of data seized from his house, or the resolution of the matter involving the subpoena of documents from the unknown foreign corporation.
