This isn't some cheap-o technicality, Barr lied about something important- whether his conclusions and Mueller's lined up or not. Evaluating that question was one of the most important purposes of the hearing.
For his answer to have been truthful- which answers are supposed to be when under oath- one would have to conclude that Mueller had not relayed any objections to Barr. Given that Mueller wrote Barr a letter expressing concerns about Barr's conclusions two weeks before, it's fair to say that Barr "not knowing" at the time of his testimony if Mueller agreed with his conclusions wasn't truthful.
