Still not clear to me here. Did Mueller end his investigation? OR

Was he asked to end it? In my mind i have a picture this picture. Barr to Mueller, Did you find anything against tRUMP? Mueller to Barr not yet. Barr to mueller TIMES UP! Am i right on this line of thinking?

I think Barr told Rosenstein to "land this plane" and Mueller was forced to stop his investigations.

to throw the book of rules away.

Personally, I think it was time to wind the report up and give it to the House to take action. I wish Mueller had not so emphatically stated he found no evidence amounting to collusion/conspiracy by trump or campaign. Obstruction is the lesser charge in this whole matter.
