Talk about a great dressing down.

She listed the Barr's historical history of bad acts. His bad acts could be used in a criminal prosecution to show an established pattern of behavior.

1) There was nothing false about anything Sen. Hirono said.

2) Someone has to actually have a reputation in order for someone else to damage it.

Fails on both counts.
