Problem is, though, that budgets have been slashed, so if you say "yes" you don't know for sure what kind of help you'll get.

(7,306 posts)This message is played in all the times I've made a call. They do it because veteran suicides were at 22 deaths per day, including my son. No snark intended underpants, I respond with the lsame sadness you express. Those are epidemic numbers...

(70,810 posts)I pay my share of copays with my emploer's insurance and don't mind it for VA's "free" deal. My idea of free is not "my way or the highway." I'm not in the military, I'm a proud civilian.
