Will she decide the political risk is too high to impeach or will she decide the Democrats Constitutional duty out weighs all risks?

(4,148 posts)and that is NOT what is involved here. It starts in the Judiciary. There is a LOT of busting on Nancy Pelosi, but you all need to call the representatives that have not already called for his impeachment.

Democrats who favor the policy of impeachment are sometimes called anti-Pelosi, that isn't fair. I love Speaker Pelosi but I don't agree with her statement that we can't impeach until we get Republican Senators to go along.
I feel that the talking point that Trump wants to be impeached is false. Trump's biographer claimed that impeachment would devastate him.
I feel that the talking point that impeachment without a conviction will guarantee a Trump victory is pure speculation based on no evidence.
I feel for Speaker Pelosi, but if she were to push for an impeachment inquiry she would get 100% backing from her members. House members are loyal to the Speaker and that is a good thing.

Are America's political leaders, regardless of ideology or political affiliation, more concerned about Political calculation or Constitutional duty?
