An earthquake hits near Oxnard, California!

A 4.0 earthquake hit around 2:30 am local time. I guess I slept right thru it? I’m in Oxnard making my pick up and then headed Back to the twin cities! High winds on Tuesday and earthquake on Thursday,! I’m ready to get out of California for awhile! On Tuesday, I was nearly blown over on the interstate near Riverside and watch when a truck was blown right in front of me! Yikes!

My cockatiel felt it first. Fell off his perch and flapped around hysterically. Animals are always an early warning sign.

I was dozing in bed and suddenly felt some faint vibrations. And it was about that time.

It didn't last long and I went back to sleep.

I was hoping to hear about this, so thank you for your timely post, my dear imanamerican63!
