My guess is that there will be muliple retaliatory attacks over...

an extended period in the Middle East, Europe and even here. There are many US corporate holdings all over the world.

Iran will take it's time, no rush, and the thing about it, many will view their retaliations as justified.

trump's hotels are particularly vulnerable (the idiot probably never thought about that).

All they have to do is pretend to be Saudi billionaires. Same with Trump Tower.

Mix hatred and determination and you have an almost unstoppable will for revenge.

and I really had a moment of concern when the power went out a couple hours ago! It's cold here so I first made sure to retain heat and light some candles. But as I looked out the window, I noticed it was only in my neighborhood, in fact, the next house down past this one on our dead end road still had power. I was not so worried then but still, losing power when it's cold is no laughing matter.

It's not that cold but I have been in that situation when it was -20F in the heat of the day and that was a bit scary since I didn't have a wood stove of fireplace in that apartment.

But the hard facts indicate they can hack our infrastructure and that's a problem.

And did this for the insurance money. Astute businessman that he is he's probably missed that most policies have exclusions for acts of war "declared or undeclared".

9. I'm hoping they are smart about it, and don't escalate matters into a war.

A repeat of W's regime change war in Iran would suck for all the countries involved, and might also help trump resolve his impeachment difficulties and win re-election.

If Iran is smart they will stay away from attacks that could lead to a bipartisan consensus for war. They would be better off targeting the economy, and Trump personally. Comments about getting away with shootings on 5th avenue aside, I don't think this country is really ready for a war to defend Trumps reputation, personal assets, or in retaliation for oil shortages.

The best thing the Iranians can do is to go after Trump and his family personally without hurting other Americans. I would hope they would release some of the information they have on Trump from the likely tapes etc from his unsecure telephone. I have no doubt they have a lot of kompromat. Find another wikileaks type group to send it out. This is the time!
