Adam Schiff should convene another inquiry and invite Bolton to testify.
We all know that Trump is guilty, and any fair trial would only prove it, which explains why Trump and McConnell are so determined to have a Russian style show trial.
So extend that invitation to John Bolton.

The fact that 55% of voters polled already feel Trump is guilty sows that the GOP strategy is not working.

Otherwise, I would be very skeptical of his motivations.
