Police in Palm Beach, Florida, arrested an Iranian man carrying weapons and cash not far from President Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort on Friday. The man, an Iranian national identified as Masoud Yareilzoleh, was arrested after Palm Beach police received a call about a suspicious person.

When they caught up to the man, they said he had a machete, pickax and two knives along with $22,000 in cash. Police also searched a car associated with Yareilzoleh at Palm Beach International Airport.

The arrest happened near the Flagler Memorial Bridge, about four miles from the president's Mar-a-Lago, although Mr. Trump was not there at the time.

Yareilzoleh is in the Palm Beach County Jail. It's not clear what his intentions were but investigators are monitoring the situation.

The arrest comes after several suspicious incidents at Mar-a-Lago involving Chinese nationals, and amid stepped up security around the country.

trDump likes immigrant grounds keepers, he can pay them 1/2 minimum wages and no benefits.

Let him go, maybe he can caddy for trDump's next golf outing.

I mean, the threat is implied in the story but what, other than his nationality, would make them think he was anything other than a worker? He wasn’t waving the 22K around, right? And it’s not illegal either.

someone has to be to see that as any kind of threat toward Trump. He didn't have $80 million or a silver platter. Even if he did, none of that would be illegal either.

a lot of people would love to do for much less or maybe even pay to get to do.

He could turn the place into a "Choking Booth" as opposed to a kissing or a dunking booth. Pay so much per minute to relieve stress by choking him, thereby shutting him up for that minute. It would be the best thing since Fidget Spinners.

I hope people know that is a joke. It's a bad joke, but a joke for sure.

So, they are randomly arresting people with random combinations of objects in their possession anywhere near his place now? Or is it just certain nationalities they are profiling?

That seems more like an array of gardening tools and maybe payment to do a landscaping contractor job under the table to me.
