No act of the Senate or Supreme Court can change that.

The history books will record it (along with the call summary, and the testimony, and certainly many more documents and testamonies that will certainly come to light in the future.)

What you are facing is being removed due to the impeachment. And yes, many people believe the Senate is in the bag (as in rigged) in your favor, and you won't be removed.

But that won't erase the fact/history that you were impeached.
