I saw her waaaay back , 66 or 67, at the Waikiki Shell in Honolulu.
I later met her husband, David Harris, in 68. He was a fervent anti-war
activist. She has class.
ps--I love that little three quarter guitar.

1) I wish my father was alive to see her. Everything I knew about Joan Baez, came from him.

2) I so miss her era of political folk song. I always felt like everything was going to turn out okay when ordinary people felt free to listen and sing-along with people who seemed to be aware of what was really going on.

3) And, Joan Baez is back!!
