... Parnas is basically American while Fruman is basically Russian. I don't think he speaks English very well. He might not be as adept as Parnas in the American legal and media environment, and/or have a different understanding of his situation.

Didn't picture him watching the impeachment hearings on tv.
I wonder how long he's been watching Rachel Maddow. I remember her saying she'd love to interview him on several occasions.
