She's given people many laughs over her lifetime, but mostly I appreciate her advocacy for animals.

My favorite book of hers is "The Leading Lady: Dinah's Story" with Tom Sullivan, a blind actor who got his guide dogs from the school near me that trains guide dogs.

years ago. This lady is just the nicest person, and very much the same in her daily life as you would expect her to be from what you have seen in the media.

People change over time, but I have never heard any dirt about her. She was just so damned sweet and kind to me, and a very lovable person.
