He knows the drill; how it all works. As soon as Trump's attorneys visited him in prison, and told him to "be a good boy" he knew his number was up. They weren't his friends and Trump didn't really love him. He saw the writing on the wall, and had a contentious exchange with John Dowd, and the visitor's panic button was pushed. The guards came, and Dowd left. Lev has a beautiful wife and 5 children - he's doing everything he can to keep his family safe. He said William Barr is one of his worst fears.

He was positioning himself to be a player in the Ukrainian natural gas business. Before the whistle-blower thingy put the kibosh on things, the Trump mob was quietly pushing for a huge Ukraine gas deal concession.

I just can't wrap my head around any of this... how did this clown come to live in the White House and why in hell do people even like him??? I wouldn't want him around my kids, I wouldn't trust him in any interaction, I just don't get cults...
