He keeps saying that he needs to make the argument against the impeachment of
Trump in front of the Senate but isn't that horse already out of the barn? Trump has
been impeached and no argument is going to change that.

(70,618 posts)But it seemed like a pretty weak argument of Dershowitz's side. The impeachment in the House
followed the Constitutionally prescribed protocols so Dershowitz and others can make the case
that Trump should not be found guilty in the Senate but the impeachment seems to me like a
donedeal.
