Someone REALLY needs to give that idiot a makeup lesson - starting with selecting products that work for you. The Raccoon Eyes look doesn't suit anyone, and the shit he wears isn't supposed to cover your entire face.

I bet they would just love to give him a makeover just to undo the crud he uses.
