I wonder (hope) whether some of those Republican Senators paused a little bit when Justice Roberts administered the oath to be "impartial". You know that the lot of them hate Trump, but they are afraid to cross him lest they lose their very lucrative and powerful jobs. At the very least, I hope there are four or more of them who are willing to vote for an actual trial as opposed to the BS that Moscow Mitch wants to shove through.
Our Republic rests on a knife's edge. Starting tomorrow.
