"Mother" knows Lev and if "mother" knows Lev that well than Mike Pence is denser than I thought.

I am a touchy-feely person by nature, always ready with a hug. I would never rub someone’s back/shoulders that I didn’t know or feel very comfortable with. And if Mother is that familiar w Lev, then so is ol’ lying Mikey.

Don't know when this video was filmed but even if it was years ago, Pence was a high ranking political personality, i.e. Governor.

Who remains sitting down when the Governor or VP casually walks up to shake hands?....unless you are VERY familiar with that person, on a close friendly basis.
