Dershowitz's abuse of power argument is absurd.

If a president pardoned every prisoner in federal prison starting with the most hardened criminals first he or she would not be violating any laws but would be abusing his or her power. There need not be a violation of a law.

What a straight up garbage argument!

Today his past reputation as that Legal Scholar is a FRONT/smoke screen....he is not rendering legal interpretation of the Constitution....he is selling a propaganda obstruction of justice message...we must confront him on the deception.
