She even pre-dates ASS-ley working "in Congress" as he wasn't there until after Nixon left.

This is a good way for the House to get their point across - through arguments regarding amendments - even if they're tabled eventually.

there is at least an opportunity for the House to get the point across about obstruction and an opportunity to reiterate the crimes of the administration.
