SENATE COVERUP!!

I am listening to NPR in order to do necessary things while following the 'trial' .

Early on, an NPR commentator engaged in blatant, shameless bothsideism. When Pubs claimed that the trial is set up the same as Clinton's and Dems pointed out the glaring differences, the NPR commentator ssid, during a break, that both claims were correct and then cited similarities while glossing over differences.

NPR also annoyingly cuts into speakers with 2 and sometimes 3 back to back announcements on the hour identifying all their local affiliates, who is speaking at the moment, which party they are with, and the 'news' that "You are listening to the US Senate impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump."

By the time they finish, I have missed big chunks of the speaker's comments or arguments.

Then turned to the hundreds of millions withheld from Ukraine. Said that we know there’s more to the story. That we know this, because the pResident had to turn to the OMB to find a way to further hold up the funds.

He mentioned how many in the senate chamber voted for funding to Ukraine. (I didn’t catch the number, but I liked that he referenced their votes.)
