I know he heard some cases in the morning on at least one day, before heading to the Senate for a marathon session.
Does anyone here know how many days he's done that?

Only Tuesday and Wednesday. No cases scheduled for hearings from now on until sometime in February

Monday was the MLK holiday. Two cases were argued on Tuesday and one on Wednesday..

is what I remember reading.

They had nothing scheduled yesterday; this morning was their usual conference.
